China tries to limit the impact of global financial crisis

Lead-out-energy machines

Dear Lawrence,

I found the following link:
http://www.worldviewopinion.com/ ... 8/7/19/3800414.html

Quotes from the article:

Let's begin the story, in 2002, as Peter Sumaruck walked into Fort Hood Army base, Texas; he had credibility with the military because he had been a Navy Seal in the 70's and 80's; and he had his prototype with him. He showed them a small motor using a minute amount of gasoline, would give ignition to a generator producing thousands times the initial input - Input = .o19 milliamps of energy. Output = 150 amps, thus disproving the Law of Thermodynamics.

Colonels, then generals were thrilled to elation - everyone could visualize applications for the war effort. They wanted to use Sumaruck's invention to power the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq - power for all facilities from tents to barracks, to food services, to medical outfits, any and everything other than weapons and vehicles - in these beginning days years, Sumaruck had not yet developed an application for vehicles.

.....

By 2004, after a 6 month delay for parts, this new electric generator - tested tried and true was ready for mass production.  Without warning, Hauke and Martin called Sumaruck and his attorney into their office. An order came down that the project had been cancelled by U.S. Congressman Michael "Chet" Edwards, Democrat, 17the district, and Texas State Senator Kip Averitt, Republican, 22nd district, both from Waco, Texas. The Congressman and the State Senator claimed that the Army could not be trusted with this kind of technology. Soldiers would try to figure out how the technology works; they would be distracted from battle; they'd want to quit the army, go home and make their own gen-sets. "We can't lose control of our people."  They opted for a conventional war, one they could control.

.....

The Waco debacle set us back three to four years in the technology quest, but we can still step up to the reality that a little bit of energy created by a spark of gas for ignition, can produce a giant increase in energy - no battery, no pollution. Peter Sumaruck says, "They can deride and debase me. They can try to slander me…but they can never disprove my invention." Remember the first Zero-Amp Technology Army generator of 2004: Input = .o19 milliamps of energy. Output = 150 amps. See it, watch it work, and believe.

Note: this technology is currently in selective use by privately advantaged individuals in Brazil and Japan and their governments...but the inventor wants this technology to be "common daily fare" in every individual's life here and now - it is that valuable. Dear Sirs,

I read your invention with interest.  You may like to know the source of energy of your invention.  It is the Lead-Out-Energy via pulse force (or flux change) on electron motion.

The details can be found in:
http://hk.geocities.com/winghang ... on.htm#presentation

An inventor from China, Mr. Wang Shenhe (or Wang Shum Ho) also had an invention that has COP equal to infinite.  (No input required).  The details are in:
http://www.energyfromair.com/beijing/wang3a.htm  A rotating prototype can be seen at http://www.dsk.cn.

I shall be glad to share any information for the benefit of mankind.

The Law of Thermodynamics - Conservation of Energy - was never disproved.  The electron motion energy is always there.  When two objects are in proximity, there will always be gravitational attraction.  In addition, the electron motion will be affected.  For magnetic material such as iron, we can detect magnetic poles and magnetic forces.  Magnetism is the macro effect of electrons in circular motion.

In the case of the Peter Sumaruck device, the tiny input leads out the much larger electron motion energy.  Other known devices in USA including the Newman, the Bedini, the 225 HP Pulse Motor all use this technology.

When the lead-out-energy machines are put on the propulsion systems using unbalanced forces, we have the true flying saucer that can fly anywhere as a closed system.

There is likely to be some truth when the names of US Congressman and Senator were quoted.

Solving the Global FInancial Crisis

Dear Maggie,

I believe that when we can conclusively demonstrate to the World the lead-out-energy machines and the propulsion systems using unbalanced forces generated from within, we shall be able to influence the World in major ways.  We can wait for the technical experts to complete the tasks.

While we wait, I would like to focus on the following innovative concepts to help to solve the present global financial crisis:

(a)        Mutual Credits
(b)        Smart Cards
(c)        Model Farms, Villages, Cities
(d)        Model Banks, Restaurants, Retail Shops etc.
(e)        Innovation Camps

The remote control car

The simple remote control car experiments illustrate the principle of producing an unbalanced force from within.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2qKRmhWdd8
The above link shows the remote control car in the box. The box is deliberately made longer. The forward velocity or momentum hitting the box is much higher than the backward velocity or momentum hitting the box.
This shows that adjustment should be made to create the maximum unbalanced force generated within the box.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8bKTurEnJ4g
The above link shows the remote control car pulling the box. This is the most efficient operation. The frictional force is used in the most efficient way.

There is much work needed to get the most efficient configuration and method to create the maximum unbalanced force from within. However, the concept is demonstrated in these experiments.

The remote control car in a box

Dear Forever,

Thank you for performing these two additional experiments.  It is clear that the forward momentum can be controlled to be much higher than the backward momentum.

These are worthwhile experiments.  However, Experiment001 will be more convincing.  You and team will  learn where to buy the material, how to wind and create the electromagnet, the right magnets to use etc.

Take your time and do a good job,

Lawrence

Um, flying saucers do not slide along a floor using friction, dumbass.

Anyway, this is all a huge waste.  There are only two people reading this forum, you and me, and I am leaving.  See ya!

Smart Cards

Dear Maggie,

China now understands the importance of spending by its citizens.  Such a meaningful economic activity is definitely in the direction of increasing modern wealth.

One tool in guiding and increasing the spending is the smart card.  In essence, every citizen has a smart card that has the combined functions of identification, medical conditions, credit cards, etc.  The Government puts a certain amount of money into the account of every citizen every month.  This amount can vary depending on need.  This amount can be used to purchase selected or approved goods and services.  Some goods and services may be paid partly by cash and partly by the smart card.

We know that a Country must increase its money supply so that its citizens may become wealthy.  But the increase must be well controlled and monitored to avoid runaway inflation.  (Or the increase must be in step with the increase in the economic strength.)  The smart card is a powerful tool in this direction.

The smart card should be used together with the other tools such as mutual credits, sure-win businesses, model shops etc.  It should be introduced in some test districts first to smooth out the procedures and identify potential problems.

Flying Saucer

Top Gun posted the following:

http://www.overunity.com/index.php?topic=2794.msg140960#msg140960

The post is useful in understanding Experiment001.  The proof-of-concept experiment is for a propulsion systm using unbalanced internal forces generated from within.

In both Experiment001 and Experiment001b, the pulse force (magnetic repulsion) would be applied one-time.

Smart Cards

Dear Lawrence,

As far as I know, only the oil rich Middle East Countries provide money directly to their citizens.  The oil revenues support that.

In a place like Hong Kong and China, what kind of revenue would support such a policy?

Smart Cards

Dear Maggie,

The two technologies will bring in trillions of dollars to the world.  If Hong Kong and China were to lead in these two technologies, the modern wealth generated will exceed all oil revenue.

Thus Hong Kong and China must not introduce the Smart Card by itself.  It is a powerful tool that must be used together with other tools.

Legal Stock Manipulation

Dear Lawrence,

I had an interesting discussion with some friends on the stock market.

“One way for the Crocodiles to accumulate shares at low prices is to prolong the bear market.  The technique is to buy X shares and then sells X-Y shares – repeat the process many times.  The share value will not go up quickly.  Many more shares can be bought at low prices.  In a prolonged economic downturn, many shareholders will be forced to sell their shares.”

Is this a logical assumption?  Is it happening now?
